Diversity and inclusion (D&I) have been buzzwords for the last few decades in one form or the other. Today’s organisation is highly networked, and the argument for diversity has been well-rehearsed, for it prospers on open dialogue, inclusive work habits and constructive transparency. D&I has moved from being an HR target to meet, but the ratio and representation of every section remain skewed.
